NOTICE OF CALL OF ELECTION
THE LAKE MOHAVE RANCHOS FIRE DISTRICT HEREBY NOTIFIES THE REGISTERED VOTERS OF ALL PRECINCTS WITHIN THE LAKE MOHAVE RANCHOS FIRE DISTRICT THAT THREE (3) VACANCIES WILL OCCUR ON THE LAKE MOHAVE RANCHOS FIRE BOARD AT THE GENERAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 3, 2026.
THE LAST DATE FOR CANDIDATES TO FILE PETITIONS FOR THESE POSITIONS IS JULY 6, 2026 AT 5:00 P.M. AT THE MOHAVE COUNTY ELECTION DEPARTMENT, 700 w. BEALE, KINGMAN, AZ 86401.
THIS ELECTION IS NON-PARTISAN.
THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE IS OCTOBER 5, 2026.

​The LMRFD Administration office, located at 16126 Pierce Ferry Rd., Dolan Springs, will have Fire Board election packets from the County Election Department which contain everything you need to run for a Board seat. Call Chief Bonnee, or LMRFD Administration, to make arrangements to pick up. 928 767 3300 OR they can be picked up at the County Election Department in Kingman OR you can access them through the links below.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be at least 18 yrs. of age
2. Must be a registered voter in Mohave County
3. Must be a taxpayer in the LMRFD residing in the District for at least 1 year

RECOMMENDED FOR EFFECTIVENESS, Due to upgrades to LMRFD Fire Board functions to cut costs and save time the following is recommended for prospective Board members:
1. Be able to send and receive email messages
2. Be able to use a computer to access Board related documents
3. Have a basic understanding of financial functions...budgets, financial statements, etc.
The Board's primary responsibility is tending to the financial health of the District.
